Tina delivered Jonathan Song Chung on December 31,2002, at 2:06 a.m. after 14 hours of labor. You can see some pictures of Jonathan elsewhere on this site. This is my first grand child and the first of his generation. Unfortunately, Song was laid off from Motorola (they closed the Atlanta facility) and they will be moving to Syracuse, NY in two weeks. Tina hasn't told me yet. This is just what I've heard through the grapevine.
Rhonda threw me a suprise birthday party for my 50th (yes, the big five oh). A lot of people that I haven't seen in years were there. I have a feeling that Heaven will be a lot like that, you know, hugging, happy, etc. Thanks to all of you that came. I will try much harder to stay in touch. There are still a lot of you out there that I care deeply about that I still haven't seen in a long time. If you read this and it applies then drop an e-mail sometime so I know where you are.
Everyone here is still working hard. I have the temporary assignment of choir director at church until Easter. At that time the former worship leader/choir director will reassume the position after a brief break from his duties.
The Pinewood Derby at church is coming up and I'll be giving the annual lessons on construction technics, building the trophies, conducting the race, etc.
Becky got herself a new car. The blue one has a torque converter lock-up problem that I hope to have repaired soon. It appears to be in the TCC loop (possibly a bad groun or sensor).
The Jenny is (still) at the Pea Patch and is almost ready to fly. Just a little more work . . .
